### Нужно ли регистрироваться и платить заранее?

Нет. Первый разбор можно начать без регистрации и оплаты. Сохранение истории, цифровые углубления и встречи со специалистами предлагаются отдельно, с ценой до подтверждения покупки.

### Как ETerapy использует искусственный интеллект?

Часть первичных разборов формируется с помощью ИИ по правилам безопасности платформы. ИИ структурирует текст и предлагает разные точки зрения, но не ставит диагноз, не гарантирует результат и не принимает решение за человека.

### Когда цифрового разбора недостаточно?

Обратитесь к человеку при угрозе жизни или безопасности, медицинских симптомах, насилии, сложном юридическом или финансовом решении, а также когда тема повторяется и самостоятельная рефлексия не помогает двигаться дальше.

### Как выбираются специалисты?

Платформа проверяет профиль и документы, показывает цену до записи и собирает отзывы после оплаченных сессий. Пользователь сам выбирает специалиста и может обратиться в поддержку или подать жалобу из кабинета.

### Что происходит с вопросом и результатом?

Гостевой вопрос используется для текущего диалога. После регистрации результаты можно сохранить в личном кабинете, скрыть или удалить. Подробные правила описаны в политике конфиденциальности.

### Сколько стоят платные форматы?

Цифровые углубления оплачиваются баллами ясности: пакеты стоят 790, 1390 и 2990 рублей. Стоимость сессии со специалистом задаёт сам специалист и она видна до записи. Все цены показываются до подтверждения покупки.

### Что будет, если сессию отменят?

Если сессию отменяет специалист или не выходит на неё — деньги возвращаются полностью, а при поздней отмене платформа дополнительно начисляет компенсационные баллы. Пользователь может бесплатно отменить сессию не позднее чем за 24 часа до начала; при более поздней отмене или неявке удерживается вся стоимость — частичного возврата нет, но специалист может отменить удержание целиком.
